International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) 2023 Survey

International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) is a United Nations observed day held on 3 December each year to recognise the contributions and achievements of people with disability.

In Australia, celebrating IDPwD is a joint effort between government, organisations, businesses, schools, community groups and individuals.

The Australian Government through the Department of Social Services funds a national program to help raise awareness of the day and provide online resources to the many events and activities held across Australia.

Completing this survey will help to plan for IDPwD 2024 and improve the resources we provide to our stakeholders and the wider community.

The survey is open until 11:59pm (AEDT), Sunday 25 February 2024.

We would like to know:

  • how you recognised IDPwD in 2023
  • how useful were the IDPwD resources
  • how we can support you to recognise IDPwD in 2024

The survey contains 14 questions. It should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.

Please note this survey is anonymous. Do not provide any personal details in your survey responses.

We do not intend to collect any personal information in connection with this survey, but if we do we will use it solely for the purposes of this survey.  For more details about privacy and how we would use any personal information you might provide in your responses, please refer to the privacy policies on the IDPwD website and the DSS website.
