Colour Sensation: celebrating the abilities of students from Chalmers Road School

Strathfield Council acknowledges and celebrates International Day of People with a Disability. Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future. Come and join us for a BBQ and cake cutting as we officially open the exhibition of the Artworks from the students at Chalmers Road School. Colour Sensation brings together a collection of artworks in a range of media created by students from Chalmers Road School. The works have all been made as part of the school’s visual arts program, highlighting the abilities and creative expression of the students. The selected artforms have enabled students to explore rich sensory qualities to create authentic, vibrant pieces of art. The official opening will occur on Tuesday the 3rd of December from 12pm – 2:30pm at Strathfield Council Library & Innovation Hub.
