International Day of People with Disability Community Day

Join us for Making Music in recognition of the United Nations’ International Day of People with Disability.

Participate in an instrument-making workshop with Hands On Studio and be part of a playshop with Music for Canberra in the Garden of Australian Dreams – suitable for all ages and abilities!

With free entry all day to the Tim & Gina Fairfax Discovery Centre and free activations for all ages, this will be a welcoming day for everyone.

Children from birth to 6 years (and their accompanying adults) are welcome to play for free across the day in the Tim & Gina Fairfax Discovery Centre play and learn space (bookings essential)

To ensure a comfortable experience, there will be lowered capacity and reduced audiovisual components.

Betty the Caravan will be selling hot and cold drinks, fruit salad, ice-creams and savoury snacks ( dairy and gluten free options available.)
