Making Aquatics a Terrific Experience (MATE) workshop: 2-hour workshop further extending the knowledge embedded within the Teacher of Aquatics, Access & Inclusion especially focusing on the role of personal trainers, carers and support workers assisting participants in accessing leisure facilities in and out of the water.
Sarah Scarce, The Aqua English Project: This session will be specifically tailored to educate leisure facilities in all roles on how to engage and empower individuals from multicultural backgrounds, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
Personal Lived Experience Stories from Brooke Hanson OAM and Rachael Watson OAM, Olympian and Paralympian, and their journey through life with chronic conditions and disability.
