Her Run – International disability day
Her Run is a series of running and walking events aimed at improving physical and mental health. We host a running activity followed up by a post-run yoga, or casual discussions with special guests about different health and wellbeing topics centred around the Australian Yearly health calendar. We are planning to host an event for International Day of People with Disability, to celebrate inclusion and for people living with disability to share their personal experiences with other women.
