Join us for a free dance class to celebrate International Day of People with Disability 2024.

Learn some new dance moves and have some fun.

This class is open to adults 18 +

The dance style is jazz, funk and hip hop.

This class includes:

• warm up with gentle stretching
• mobility, balance and coordination
• learn a short routine
