iDay at the National Museum of Australia
Every year the Museum celebrates International Day of People with Disability (IDAY) by running a fun school focused morning of performance, music and art.
This year, our theme is animals ! The morning will include a guide puppy training demonstration, alpacas and ponies to pat, dance demonstrations, art activities and the screening of ‘Bilby’ an 8 minute DreamWorks film, which centres around a bilby trying to protect an albatross from the dangers of the Australian outback.
