Hosting an Event

Event registration for IDPwD 2008 is open right up until Wednesday 3 December 2008. Register your event to help celebrate the achievements and contributions of people with disability.

Orders for promotional products have now closed. Products will be available to registered events again next year.

There are many ways you can celebrate the Day and different types of events you can host. Some ideas and tips have been provided at event ideas to help get you started. The event planner and media resource kit can help guide you through the planning and involving the media.

Events and activities for the Day should aim to promote and celebrate the equality and participation of people with disability in society.
